Can massage help with my babies gas and constipation?

Absolutely! Massage can help ease tummy troubles by reducing abdominal tension, increasing blood flow, encouraging proper digestion and elimination, regulating the nervous system and much more.

I can also teach you how to properly ease trapped gas!

What ages do you see?

Birth to adult! I love working with families through every season- from pregnancy through adulthood.

Can I get a massage in the first trimester?

Yes, absolutely. Massage can help ease a lot of first trimester symptoms— and it's perfectly safe when you're working with someone who is specially trained in prenatal massage.

Do you do deep tissue work?

I do, and I specialize in doing it effectively and safely. My sessions are both relaxing and therapeutic!

Can you help if my baby is having trouble latching?

Yes, and this is something I help a lot of mama/babies with! I also work alongside lactation consultants and IBCLC's (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) to make sure you get the care you need.

Do you accept insurance?

I don't, but HSA and FSA normally cover sessions with me. Call the number on your card for more information.
