Special positioning is required during prenatal massages to accommodate for your beautiful ever changing body. Depending on your preference special positioning pillows are used to allow you to lay on your stomach without discomfort, pressure, or strain on your belly. For postpartum massage, bolsters are also provided to alleviate pressure on your chest. Postpartum massages may be received as early as 3 days postpartum.
